  • Edit files with the vi editor.

System & Network Administration I (h3064s)

5-day course. Prepares system administrators to successfully configure, manage, maintain and administer an HP 9000 workstation or server in a networked environment. Emphasis is on configuring file systems, peripherals, and user accounts, as well as managing and configuring core OS, patches and application software. The objectives of this course are as follows:

5-day. This fast-paced intensive course covers the differences of HP-UX from generic UNIX. It is essential that students have existing system administration experience on some version of UNIX. This course does not cover the basics. The objectives of this course are as follows:
