I worked with John Berry for three years during his tenure in Customer
Education between 1998 and 2000. In his role as an Education Consultant,
John Berry did a fantastic job delivering top-notch, well-received
technical courses, and developing high-end technical course materials
(including slides, student notes and instructional labs). His "System
and Network Troubleshooting" course generated revenue of over
$1 million dollars in FY01.
