Founder & Executive Director

Founded basketball training academy, coached 10,000+ campers, delivered 500+ camps, oversee all day-to-day activities with a growing staff
Manage on-boarding, training, and mentoring of other coaches, and developed basketball camp curriculum consisting of 10+ basketball camps
Lead, organize, instruct and supervise basketball camps, staff meetings, marketing events, train-the-trainer sessions and day-to-day operations

Manage all day-to-day operations, including tracking cash flow, staff management, purchasing supplies, customer service and marketing

Head Coach, Varsity Men's Basketball

33–19 Record — Posted a .635 winning percentage in two seasons as Seaforth Varsity Boys Basketball Head Coach.
Conference Champions — Led Seaforth to the 2025–26 regular-season and tournament championships with a 12–2 conference record.
18–7 Best Season — Guided the program to an 18-win season and established Seaforth among the conference’s top teams.
Back-to-Back State Playoffs — Reached the NCHSAA playoffs both seasons, advancing to the second round each year.
Player Development — Developed multiple All-Conference players, including Noah Lewis, Declan Lindquist, Campbell Meador, and Patrick Miller.
Player of the Year Development — Coached Conference Player of the Year Declan Lindquist, who continued his career at Haverford College.
Coach of the Year Honors — Named Big 7 Conference Coach of the Year and Chatham County Coach of the Year.
Year-Round Development Program — Built an offseason training structure with players developing approximately four days per week, along with summer team camps.
Culture & Community Impact — Established a program centered on discipline, accountability, character, and service, including community outreach initiatives and zero disciplinary incidents during his tenure.
Program Growth & Fundraising — Generated more than $20,000 in program fundraising while maintaining a strong record of professional leadership.
